Onboarding and Customer Success

  • Who is the Customer Success Manager?
    The Customer Success Manager is your friend from Precoro’s side, who is responsible for the successful implementation and continuous use of Precoro within your company. His/Her main responsibility is to make sure that Precoro brings real value to your company.
  • What is the Onboarding process?
    When you sign up, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) helps you import all the data and maintain your process in Precoro to make sure that it’s ready to bring value. Moreover, your CSM helps to train your employees preparing the most appropriate format of materials (Knowledge Base, videos, Live Demos etc.)
  • How long will onboarding take?
    The longest period for onboarding is 1 month and the shortest period is only 1 day. It depends on your company size and our Customer Success Team, in turn, will do everything to make it happen as fast as possible.


  • How does Precoro’s pricing work?
    Precoro charges for user-per-month usage that bills annually. If you have a big number of users, our Senior Consultant will be happy to customize the pricing for your company.
  • What are the payment options?
    There are two ways: you can pay with a corporate/credit/debit card or by invoice.
  • Are there any implementation fees?
    Implementation cost is included in all plans (there can be customizable options for implementation fee in Enterprise plan).
  • Do I have to pay for anything else except the general pricing?
    You pay only for the number of users, no surprises and hidden fees.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can stop using Precoro and cancel your subscription at anytime.


  • How can I be sure that my data is safe?
    We use DigitalOcean servers for running the platform with 99,9999% uptime and SSL secured connection. All your data is encrypted on disk with AES 256-bit encryption, so you can be sure that it is safe and accessible 24/7 in Precoro Cloud.
  • Can I get my data if I stop using Precoro?
    Yes, you can easily export all the data that you stored in Precoro.
