  • Business Analyst

    Precoro is changing the way how companies control their spendings and manage purchasing. We are an IT-company that builds SaaS purchasing software and procurement automation solutions.     We need a person with such skills:

    • Fluent English
    • Understanding basic sales process
    • Desire to learn and continuously improve
    • Patience, empathy and persistence in a customer-facing context

    Will be a plus:

    • Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills
    • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit
    • CRM experience is preferred

    • Working with inbound companies from all over the world to understand their needs and provide the best solution
    • Achieving activity targets within your assigned reps' territory. You’ll work with our sales and marketing force to generate demos with qualified prospect accounts
    • Understanding the product, the market, and our customers
    • Use your natural curiosity, creativity, coachability and ambition to improve your performance and the performance of the team
  • Customer Success Manager

    We are looking for an ambitious person, who aims at long-term results and enjoys overcoming challenges. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong customer relationships, passionate about technology, have exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for providing great customer service experiences.

    • Supporting Precoro implementation and maintenance for all clients.
    • Developing the system guidelines and providing them to users.
    • Assisting clients in Precoro account setting up.
    • Collaborating with the other teams on client's requests.
    • Ensuring customers receive optimum levels of service.
