What is non-linear pricing?

A pricing strategy where the unit price changes based on the volume purchased, purchase tiers, or contract terms. This approach is often used to encourage larger orders, reward loyal customers, or reflect cost efficiencies at scale. It differs from linear pricing, where each unit is sold at the same price regardless of quantity.
