When procurement and finance teams work in silos, the entire business pays the price. Data gets messy, payments slow down, and nobody has clear visibility over spend. Multi-entity companies face these challenges tenfold, as every extra entity adds another set of records to manage.

The Precoro & Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration brings both teams together, providing complete transparency company-wide. Approvals move faster, and records stay clean, so everyone knows what’s paid and what’s pending.

Keep reading to see how the integration works and how to turn it into real results for your organization.

How does the integration work?

The integration connects Precoro’s procurement platform with Microsoft’s ERP ecosystem to deliver a seamless data flow between tools your team already uses.

Here’s what it looks like in action:

  1. Invoices approved in Precoro are sent to the correct company in MS Business Central, matched by Legal Entity.
  2. When payments are made in Business Central, statuses update automatically in Precoro.
  3. Master Data (Suppliers, GL Accounts, Dimensions) maps to the right Legal Entity across every connected Business Central company without duplicates and mismatched records.

The integration is fast, scalable, and requires no supervision. Once it's on, it runs on autopilot.
